I have a storage in VA that costs $30 more than this one for the same 10x15 unit. So, I'm going to be consolidating my units soon. The staff are friendly here. Any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. There's plenty of parking & they have both climate controlled and outdoor units. I have an indoor unit. The elevator is spacious and there are plenty of rolling carts available downstairs to move your items. There is a ladybug issue here. By "issue" I mean that there are lots of dead ones all over the floor & I have no clue how they got in the building. The staff member who showed me the unit told me about them, but I didn't think the issue couldn't be resolved. They are attracted to the lights so they hang out there. Maybe they get too hot and die from there. Who knows?? Just know you will see a lot of them when you come here. Regardless, I think this is a good storage facility, and I recommend them.

Ample Storage was quick and easy to rent. Knightdale location was always clean and well lit. Staff was kind and informative about contracts.

Great experience!! Taniesha was wonderful!! She was very helpful, very kind, and always pleasant. If I had to rent another storage I would not hesitate to use Ample Storage Knightdale.

From the moment I first walked in, to the moment I left I felt so welcomed! The staff at Ample Storage is beyond amazing. The front desk ladies that I worked with were the sweetest most professional individuals I have met. During my tour of the storages, I was given great information and all of my questions were answered.Such a great price as well! I definitely recommend choosing Ample Storage for any storage needs, big or small.

Ample Storage is a wonderful place all your "good stuff" when in a pinch or in transition!!!Ample Storage is a place where I can quickly go into my unit for a quick grab of some of my "good stuff", or where I can go and be there a while looking through the "good stuff"!!!The staff is super, super helpful!!! Go Taniesha, you are awesome!!!I highly recommend Ample Storage of Knightdale, NC!!!
