“In one word: superb!We're not from the area and were about to fly to Europe with our dog, for which we needed vet certificates. Dr. Jay and his staff were super helpful and went well beyond the call of duty to help us, liaising with our "regular" vet, double checking with the agencies that the approvals had been issued and sent to the correct address, and keeping us informed at all stages of the process. We also got some excellent travel tips on top, all of which contributed to a smooth journey, despite the logistical complications / not flying from our home town.Thank you and we hope to be back when in OBX next time!”

“I was visiting from out of state when my dog needed to see a vet. I called Martin’s Point as soon as it opened and was told they don’t have any open appointments but they would fit me in. I drove right down..no hassle even though my dog was not a regular client…in fact they treated her as if she were. I had planned on having to wait a long time but I was seen within 15 minutes. Everyone was absolutley wonderful and pleasant. I felt my dog received great care. Even though they fit me in, the vet and vet tech did not rush the exam. The vet even gave me some info on places to visit while there! I definitely recommend this facility. Thank you to the entire staff.”

“All of my visits to the Coastal Animal Hospital have been wonderful! The front staff is always very welcoming and flexible when I need to change things up with an appointment, etc. They always remember my pet's names, even when its been a while since we visited the hospital. They make you feel like you are part of their family. And not to forget about the doc and techs... they are always so nice, super knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions and don't rush through the appointment! I love this place and highly recommend them!!”
