“Had car issues this past weekend. Had a mobile mechanic come out, but couldn’t complete the repair work. I was referred to Pugh’s, but told they didn’t open until Monday morning…it was Sunday. I called before the “open hours” on Monday, and had a tow truck there within 30-mins! My car was taken in, and a THOROUGH inspection completed. They didn’t just start throwing parts on it, they ACTUALLY dove into what the issues were. I can honestly say this mechanic shop is TOPNOTCH! “My boyfriend ran over an allen wrench yesterday (New Year's Day) on his way back to VA and called Seto for a tow to a tire shop. While the tow was on its way we discovered the shop wasn't opened. Once the tow driver showed up we asked about other shops and he said everything was closed.Panic! What to do now?!The driver said let me take a look. Ended up patching the tire and getting him on his way home. My boyfriend attempted to pay for the tow since the driver had been dispatched and he said since there wasn't a tow he wouldn't charge for one. He arrived quickly, was helpful and professional.We're grateful. Please treat this gentleman to lunch or something.Thank you!”
