I called for service ( after a holiday weekend) and got a return call within the morning. Todd came out, called with the problem, offered a repair and performed the service. Same day! Great service, my experience was excellent.

They initially entered our property without permission in order to work on a neighbor's pool. They left concrete, ruts and a downed tree. They said they'd clean up the property, but it's been 6 weeks now, and they have finished the pool. I did some research. Josh Saunders, the owner, used to own Jls Builders and has complaints against him which ended up in court.

Best pools and spas in town professional and friendly team got my pools and spas built and installed a head of schedule and the best prices on the obx highly recommended. Josh and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to my liking and did quality work.
