Attentive representatives. Pricy, however. Bought my beach home living room furniture sets here. Delivered on time as promised by the next day. Worked out well for us. The older lady who was our sales representative was very patient and lovely.

We had an excellent experience with Daniel’s and will be back for more furniture when needed! The delivery team of Joe and Jay was excellent, arriving just as scheduled and took great care of our bedroom set when carrying it up 3 long flights of steps. We are delighted with the furniture! I love this place. Really nice stuff...just what you'd want your beach house to look like. But, most of all, Shawn was an absolute pleasure to work with. They had to make a few deliveries to us. Shawn was very accommodating, fun, and a pleasure to work with!

Amazing selection of quality indoor and outdoor home furnishings. The store is FULL of cute furniture layouts and decor. From big furniture to small wall art, if you want to redecorate THIS is the place to go. Would recommend ??Full Honesty: Staff was helpful in store but not very communicative afterward. Was told 4-6 weeks and finally had to make an in-store inquiry at the 8 week mark. My partner said I was being nit picky about the lack of communication but I thought I'd mention it.

We were in the market for some deck furniture for our new house in Hatteras. Wanted white heavy duty poly/resin. Visited all the local furniture stores- Daniel's Homeport had the widest selection of in stock furniture. We bought it Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. Pleasant and helpful sales staff! Low to no pressure, but answered all of our questions patiently! Delivery guys were quick and polite too! Thanks!

This store is huge and has an awesome selection. I've looked at multiple coastal furniture stores and the selection and prices here are great. I've bought several items from here. We purchased a new sectional for our beach home. We worked with Katelyn going through all the layout options and then of course all the fabric choices. She was absolutely wonderful during the entire process. Furniture came within the timeframe they outlined. We love it!!

Horrible customer service. I entered the store with my son, and we were never greeted. No one asked if they could help us. I guess they assume single moms have no money to spend. In fact I found several things to buy, however I won’t spend money where the employees are so presumptive.
