Great pharmacy! Great super-professional pharmacist. A helped me transfer Rx’s to PA. A helped me get proper price by applying Good RX where it helped. helped me get my insulin. Alone this pharmacy! And it is CVS/Caremark that manages my Rx insurance plan. Great place!

They won't fill your prescriptions if it interferes with their lunch break, even if you're there 10 minutes before. Then when you return you have get in line behind a dozen people who also had to make a return trip!

If you want your prescriptions in a timely manner and without a bunch of attitude, I'd suggest going somewhere else. I'm guessing the blonde haired lady that served me didn't have all the credentials boxes checked when she was hired due to her lack of knowledge with operating the computer. Took her two days to check her voice-mail and see that my doctor actually has been trying to get my prescriptions through. Overall terrible service and that's before you count the attitude.

Normally this pharmacy is excellent, but today, one of the employees behind the drug counter had her mask pulled down. She was dispensing drugs and without proper facial coverings she was risking infecting customers' prescriptions with COVID-19. I mentioned it to the pharmacist and she asked the lady to pull her mask up. The lady is not one of the usual staff members at this store. My wife visited the pharmacy about 30 minutes later and the lady was still dispensing drugs with her mask down. My wife asked to speak to the manager, but after about 5 minutes she got tired of waiting on her. There are signs on the front door stating that NC law requires everyone to wear masks in the store. However this is not the case for the lady dispensing drugs. She is potentially infecting customers and should be reprimanded for her lack of consideration for CVS customers!

I'm posting this review as a counterpoint to the only other review for this CVS (2 star). I could not have found the people that worked at this CVS to be more delightful. The store manager personally helped me find infant nail clippers when I was unsuccessful in my own search and the guy at the counter-Stephen I think-answered several questions I had about OBX. Thank you!

ALWAYS a hassle at this location. Always some babble about new rules(not really rules at all) and always like it's pulling teeth to get help inside their pharmacy. THE STORE IS GREAT...THEY ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL..THE PHARMACY STAFF ARE ALWAYS NOT HELPFUL.

On a recent online order for a prescription refill I inadvertently entered the incorrect pharmacy for delivery. A quick call to the Kitty Hawk pharmacist resulted in a swift spring into action to correct my error and fill my prescription. Thirty minutes after my call for help I received a text that my order was ready for pick up. All pharmacy personnel were polite, efficient and extremely customer oriented. Great Job
