Best spa parts dealer by far. Super friendly people. I had to totally re-plumb my 25 year old Jacuzzi spa and they looked at pictures of parts and sent the correct parts to me plus a bunch of extra gaskets, o rings and clamps that they did not charge me for. I will always do business with them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered in stock parts, it took them 14 days to arrive, they were not even shipped out for 12 days after order even though the website says they ship immediately. I paid Priority shipping and they were shipped 1st class. I have since been told these were not described correct and are not the correct part. I contacted the company, they will not address any of the issues and very unwilling to fix this. I would never buy from them again and do NOT recommend anyone using them. Avoid the hassle and being ripped off! I only gave 1 star because I can't give 0!
