Very disgusted with this location very unprofessional, manager was racist. Customer service already told me that she could cash my check which was from the treasury department of NC, reopen My account and pay on my past due balance. The manager told me that she was not able to do it took me to a teller. Customer service told me that a teller can’t help me, only a manager had the authority to take care of these things in their office. Then she ran my check through the machine and stamped it but told me that THEY COULDN’T CASH IT. I didn’t realize that she stamped the check until I left the bank and now I have to go back because now that the check has been stamped and ran through their system I cannot get the checks cashed anywhere else, once a bank stamps a check and have you to sign it, that is them authorizing that they are going to cash it. Why would she stamp my check knowing that I cannot get it cashed anywhere else. This was the worst experience I have EVER EXPERIENCED, I’m not from here and I’m definitely not used to being treated like this. I will be asking for someone over here head tomorrow morning. This is unacceptable on all different levels. For a Bank to continue to keep having this many complaints and nothing being done about it.

Worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever been to. Been here for an hour and they move super slow and still haven’t cleared my funds for withdrawal. Also the manager was super rude. Will avoid this one in the future.

Wells Fargo is now one of the worst banks to deal with. I waited in line inside the lobby for well over 30min and still no help so I left and went to Greenville at there Wells Fargo Bank. Plus the customer service is sorry as hell also I will not recommend this bank to anyone in Kinston.

The wait time at the drive thru is rediculous ! 45 minute wait or more in adverage .

Sat in line for 20 minutes in drive thru, cause no one is allowed inside even one at a time. Didn’t even move one car length through the drive thru the entire time. Got there before they closed other day day sat in drive they line for wheat felt like forever. Finally got to the window had the door to the canister shut on me and told they were closed. After sitting there longer than 20 mins.
