Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. As a new pharmacy customer I have been on hold for over an hour. And can’t get through like other Walgreens. For example, I went on a 5 day work event in Wilmington and transferred my script to their local Walgreens. I had never been there before, they answered the phone within seconds, got my info and told me to be there in an hour to pick up. Today due to the national pharmacy troubles I had to get my other script from Walgreens Kinston instead of my regular pharmacy. These people are the worst. I can’t even find out if they have received the prescription. I will never be back. EVER!

I was just there to pick up a prescription for antibiotics my Dr called in 2days ago. It was not ready. I needed this for my dentist appointment. I have to take a hour before. They did it to my husband too and he had an infection. I will never go back there.

Extremely bad customer service disrespectful people at farmacy always lying to you face the waiting time isan 1hour for a medicine that is already in a package. They just have to putting in a bag and that's it. Lazy people. .worst store ever!!!!

Absolutely no respect for people's people's time. Worst service I have experienced . I was at the counter waiting for my prescription and was told after watching them take rhe medicine around to the pharmacist that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I had already been there for over 20 minutes. Absolutely will not return for pharmacy services if you can help. I highly recommend if you are in the area to find a local pharmacy and not do business with Walgreens.

Walgreens pharmacy is a pain in the butt. Half of my medication comes from somewhere else not filled in the store. Not refilled on time, lost prescriptions etc

I visited this Walgreen today n had planned to make a purchase but I needed to visit the restroom as before n there was a lock passcode on the door n I asked a pharmacy associate to unlock n she said she was busy n I understand that n went to the front n was told it was for employees only so she asked another employee n she said oh its for the elderly n kids only. Talk to manager on phone n she suggestion the gas station behind them...really! So is it or isn't it for the public? Sounds like discrimination to me.

There is rarely a time that I go into this facility that I have a pleasant experience. No one is willing to help. It’s pathetic. The employees simply do not care.

I came in today trying to get help with photos and the employees were so rude. I asked for help and they walked away. And when I stated that they were being rude, one of the employee had the ordasity to say that no one was rude to me and that the employee does not have to help. smh. You They are already slow to refill prescriptions and now give bad customer service. a shame.

I really have no complaints with the store. At times you may have to wait a while in the pharmacy line, buy the registers are never backed up.
