“I found this place through Facebook Marketplace. The guy was going through some health issues which delayed our transaction a few weeks. Honestly, I was concerned at first that maybe I got screwed out of my initial down payment towards the vehicle. But Mr. Ernie is an honest guy who was just going through a lot at the time. He kept in contact with me even once our contract date had passed! Put a new battery in the car to ensure that I make it home safely (a 2 hour drive one way) and even educated me on a few things under the hood, as I'm far from a mechanic! “I have had nothing but good experiences in dealing with Auto Pro in Kinston, NC. I purchased two luxury vehicles and years later I still own them. People need to understand that these are USED VEHICLES bought at auction! Have I had to do some repair work, yes, like change a water pump, tie rod ends, valve cover gaskets, had to buy tires, brakes, and spark plugs, but these are REGULAR maintenance items. Most people can't do their own repairs so they should have an experienced mechanic with them when they look at a used car, not your husband or your best friend unless you trust them to spend YOUR money! You should always buy a used car knowing that some repair work will be needed within a short period of time like shocks, cooling systems, brakes, and tires. If you think a car that has been sitting on a car lot not moving will drive flawlessly just because it is extra clean, then you are not living in reality! Take your time, do research on common repair issues for the car or truck you want, and if it looks to good to be true, then maybe it is! Remember, the salesperson is there to sell you a vehicle, not promise you that you will never have a repair bill in the near future. Once you practice this process over and over, you will become a smart and savvy buyer no matter if the car is at a dealership or private sale. Good Luck!”

“Just drove by this tiny car dealership and liked their little red car out front. I Googled them to check the price on it and as I am reading the description of the car I can't stop laughing. It is HILARIOUS. I then shut off the music and read it outloud to everyone in the car and we are all giggling at how sounds and humorous the car description is. Someone shouts "do another one!" And we read another description equally as funny. If anything, this dealership has some great personalities working here and it brightened our day. Thanks for being different!”
