The problem with ALL these bad reviews is you all want a $60 service with a $20 cost! I have been to this shop for the last 3 years, I never wait, and bthey always know what we are there for! They always correct it if it is not to my liking and they always seat me fast for pedicures and I don’t have to wait! Maybe in reality y’all should learn to tip better and you would be treated better instead of asking for a $80 service and tipping $1! Just my two cents! I will continue to visit this place because they always do me right!

Bad customer service! Will never go again! Tried to give me a pedicure in a dirty bowl & too rough with polish take off. After getting my gel removed; I left. Too rude and too unprofessional. Wish I could give it 0 stars.Services: Acrylic nails

A friend recently shared her negative experience through Facebook on 8/3/23 with the store manger. At this time the post has received over 50+ shares and comments with others (like myself) who have had negative experiences at this salon that have resulted in us receiving services elsewhere. Below is her experience:“Facebook family,I understand that customer service is "different " now but, respect should not waiver. Especially when one is a paying patron in an establishment! This was my experience at the attached establishment in my home town (IYKYK). I urge anyone in the area to reconsider supporting this establishment....Me to another customer-yes I understand I had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone helped me.Salon manager- It's not a big deal you should be patient...Me- Excuse me?Salon manager- If you don't like it you can leave!Me- I will! And you my dear need to learn how to treat people!Salon manager-Don't come back if you don't like it.Me- That is guaranteed! How much was the pedicure? Oh and by the way I am taking a picture of your establishment and telling everyone I know about your lack of couth!Store manager-what?Me - exactly!Don't allow ANYONE to rob you of your dignity!!!”

I understand that customer service is "different " now but, respect should not waiver. Especially when one is a paying patron in an establishment! This was my experience at the attached establishment in my home town (IYKYK). 6 year old and 3 year old wanted blue nails. The kids heard us tell them THREE TIMES blue nails. They put 3 clear coats on, charged us $10 and said they're done. When pushed about "where's the blue" they tried to scam us into paying again for it. Avoid this place at all costs

I took my daughter for a gel polish on her nails and toes. Tami charges me $57 for this. When asked about the charge she says it was for the massage to my daughters hands. Based on other reviews it seems that this salon consistent over charges, provides subpar service and horrible customer service. Not to mention the salon is utterly filthy! However there is a sanitation grade a in the corner in the wall. This can’t be true! I will not return to this salon ever.

We went for pedicures. The chart on the wall list $35 except French pedicures are $40. At no time did we or the ladies mention gel nails. We did not want gel nails. They said that is what they gave us and charged us $40. The nails look nice but we were charged too much.

I went to get a pedicure this weekend there. I have never had such a terrible experience in a nail salon!!! The manager was awful and got in a heated confrontation with a customer over inconsistent prices she gave a white customer over a black customer. The manager does not deserve to run or own a business. Customer service at its worse! Will not be back!!!!Service: Pedicure

I was in this US Nail shop on Saturday the March 11, 2023 & young Black lady was in the shop with her young daughter and Tami treated her horribly. The lady was upset because Tami charged a White customer $40 for a Pedicure and charged her $50. The Black lady was vocal about being overcharged and Tami got mad. Tami tried to stop the person performing the pedicure on the Black lady from completing it, even though she had already paid for the service. It was a lot of bickering back and forth. But in the end the young Black lady apologized before she left but Tami continued to scream & holla at her and tell her not to come back. I think Tami as the owner of the shop could have handled the situation much better. And I want to apologize to the young Black lady for not standing up with and for her that day. Tami has built a very lucrative business because Black customers have supported her. And for me to see her now treat one of her long time customers with such disdain was appealing. I don't believe she appreciates the support of the Black community and for that reason I will never go to her shop again and urge other Black women to stop supporting her and to spend their money at a nail shop that treats U with dignity and respect. IM MAD AS HECK AND IM NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANY MORE.Service: Pedicure

The woman who did my pedicure was RUDE! My pedicure was done poorly. I ended the manicure because she continued being rude. They also said they did "IDB hard gel" service, but really didn't. Instead of just telling me that, this nail tech just kept complaining to her coworkers. She had a terrible attitude. I am absolutely offended. I will not support this business again.Service: Pedicure

I will never ever ever go back to that nasty unprofessional place!!! They are rude and DO NOT do good nails!!! If you find there mistake and approach them about it they have the audacity to get an attitude!! Take my word yall this is nor the place to go to get your nails done trust me!!!
