The staff here is truly amazing! My step mom misplaced my dads phone and got them to cut it off until she could find it. Well, apparently they completely cut off the service and all. I spoke to one man from another us cellular and he pretty much said there’s nothing they can do and that the number is completely gone. This crushed us. My dad has had this phone number for 20+ years. This is his business phone. If he didn’t have this number he would be lost! After going to that us cellular (by Walmart) something told me to not give up and try the other one (by the plaza) Jeremy and Nekashia at this store made many phone calls and got us the number back. I can’t thank y’all enough for what y’all did for us! I will recommend y’all to everyone. Thank you guys so much! We need more people like y’all in this world. That actually cares and wants to help the community. ❤️

I was service by Maegan Turner on 11/30/2020. Maegan service me but it was okay. But I was not pleased by the Store Manger. They charged me for a phone and I do not have the phone. I wasn’t refunded all my money but only half. There was a shortage in one of the buttons. I thought they would help me, but they didn’t only gave me more problems. I brought the phone home after they attempted to fix the problem. The phone still had problems. I took it back and asked for a new phone. The new phone they gave me had the same problem. I contacted the store manager regarding my refund and I still haven’t received my refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Warning

I got an iPhone 11 a month ago. The promotion said it was a free iPhone 11 if I switch and trade my old phone. I took advantage of the promotion and they explained that it was a monthly credit that takes 2 or 3 bills to show up. That’s the same way with all companies because I worked in the industry for 13 years and every since the contracts have been gone the credits are applied after 2-3 bills to prevent customers from starting a new line and then selling the phone a month later. They explained the charges and let me know the first bill would be higher than normal because of prorated changes which is also common with all companies. Overall the experience was great and staff was friendly. I’m living my new iPhone 11 so far.

Got a contract was told phones were free except taxes if we came from another carrier. Now I get a 500 bill and I have my paperwork saying there’s no monthly payment on phones. Now they want me to pay the bill and I am not because they screwed me
