Nice play to shop. We went to groom our husky. They have a nice set up in the back. The water was warm. They provided shampoo, different grooming brushes, dry towels, and working dryers. The room has the availability for two dogs at a time. Price was reasonable, $10.00, especially with all the tools included.

I called asking about some chicks. I got on the phone with a guy named Hunter, he was EXTREMELY informative, polite and hysterical!!! Needless to say, I know everything about chickens, and Hunter deserves either a raise or his own talk show ? THANKYOU HUNTER!!!!

I went to buy medicine for a kitty and it was $30. The exact same bottle of medicine costs $15 at Walmart. :(

The dog wash station seems to always be out of order. When we spoke to management she was rude and disrespectful. We stood there for like 20 minutes and waited for the person in front of us to get done and when they seen water on the floor she wouldn't let us wash our dog. She just said sorry you can't wash your dog. When she could of handled that a little better. Not trying to be disrespectful but she didn't even try to see the problem she just closed it. This has been an on going problem sense they opened the store.

Customer service on telephone and winterville tractor supply both customer service or very short do not seem to understand what you're asking them they don't even realize where the old location is when you ask the location and they don't even seem to know what happened inventory
