The young lady that is the current manager is VERY PROFESSIONAL and courteous.. I had a issue, she was quick to resolve it. I thought they might try to give me a problem but she handled the situation very professionally.

The man was extremely rude... I ordered the wrong size shoe online, I went in to return and reorder the correct size. He refused to return the shoe. I had to drive all the way across town to another location to return it. The manager there claimed he could’ve did it at his store. Because they are the same he just didn’t want to help me. But she did help me return the shoe and was vet helpful.

Well one customer service representative was sitting on the floor on her phone and the other worker was just standing in one spot. No one came and ask if I needed any kind of assistance.

Customer service is tired and through. The store usually have some nice deals. But the selection of shoes is sometimes limited. There is not much variety. Sometimes one pair of shoes can feel like one is bigger than the other. I see the same designs and purses in there from two summers ago. I came in shoe show recently to purchase some items, and no one greeted me. The energy was feeling as if they didn't want no one to come in the store. I should have walked back out. It was a girl with braids and the only boy employee who worked there. They were just lurking around by the counter. The girl with braids told one customers that she was ready to go home when asked how she was doing. I don't know why these people be applying for these customer service jobs and don't want to be there. Those customers who yall don't "want" to shop at your store is the reason why yall still have a Job. If yall are so "tired" and "over it" please apply else where. This whole town needs to be revamped because customer service plus the food in some places in kinston ain't hitting on nothing. Managers please stop just hiring anybody who needs a Job ?. Keep this up and it will be another vacant building in the future in where no one has to worry about being tired.
