My moms explorer broke down on her way from the beach to Raleigh. These guys were amazing - they helped us find her warranty, they spent multiple hours on the phone with the warranty company to cut her bill in half, they even brought her the rest of the way to Raleigh for us since they knew I was home with my newborn. Jackson in the service department was so helpful! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Carry your money elsewhere. Bern here several times to buy parts and attempt to purchase a Vehicle. 1st sign to leave is there are no prices on the vehicles. 2nd sign to leave is they are based Person to Person, so this means discriminate under color of law or be a suck up perhaps a family member to play favorites with. Went there with cash and was brought the worse Vehicle there and upcharged on the price, knowing my budget preventing the sale or having it cost more than it is worth. Upon being here as a Cash Customer, my credit was checked, bank loan interest raised 1.3% and lowered my IQ for thinking this place was going to do proper business for once outside of playing favorites. This place is being mismanaged and seems to be run by a scammer type outfit. I have the interest rate change documented as well. From 8.3 the day of and day before then same day rate change to 9.6%Also getting all the Papers from the Unnecessary Loan Applications after staring having Cash on Hand. Guess you guys prefer payments and finding ways to deny customers a vehicle.

Took my F150 in to Sale Ford for the 150k mile service. They did not put fluid back in the differential. Whole differential failed within 20 miles. They said it was going bad anyway (did not tell me this before) and then said that I would have to pay them $4k to replace the entire differential. Said it was full of shavings and when they flushed it, it must have stirred up the shavings. Took it to another local shop, and they said it was destroyed due to no fluid. On top of what I paid Sale for the service, it cost me an additional $3800 and 3 weeks with no truck while in the middle of a relocation.

Could not have had a better experience in purchasing our F-150 from Sale Ford, in particular Jose. We had connected over email - and I told him the two trucks I was interested in. I've had an experience before where when I got to the dealership, the car I wanted was "magically" not available - and was being upsold to something else.Not with Jose and Sale Ford - I got there, and immediately, both trucks were available to test. No games or tricks. And from there? The process couldn't have been smoother. Professional, courteous, straightforward, and respectful of our needs and wishes.
