I recently purchased a 2024 X3 from BMW of Kinston. I have visited many dealerships in the past 2 months and was very impressed with the professionalism of the sales person, Bruce Jones. He was incredibly helpful(Even after the sale) in explaining everything about our vehicle. The GM, Brian, was also very helpful along with the finance manager, Danny, who also educated me about future care of our X3. It has been a journey getting to the finish line of replacing our 15 year old vehicle....which we also traded in!! ?
I would highly recommend BMW of Kinston or any of their other affiliated car lots, especially Bruce Jones, if looking for a vehicle, not just a BMW??

Arrived at the dealership to test drive a Brand new BMW 330i and potential buy considering I liked it. After walking the lot for a few mins and finding the car I was interested in, I walked around it to inspect. This whole process thus far was about 5 mins, so I headed inside to get some help with my purchase. The gentleman inside behind the desk didn’t even acknowledge my presence or even give a proper/professional greeting. They just sat ignoring me and continued to chit chat amongst themselves. Another man walked past me without saying anything. So apparently BMW doesn’t want anyone’s business, or maybe just not mine. If anyone is looking at buying bmw think about this, if they don’t even want to help you buy a car what do you think your customer service is going to be like once they already made their commission off you after you bought the car.. Go Mercedes, Lexus or Cadillac, as these dealerships actually help and want your business. My appearance in case anyone wondered is a flannel button up some dark work pants and boots, and young. I also own a half million house I paid for in cash and own a quarter million dollar 2nd home that’s also paid off in full..

These guys are awesome - Jason is such a great car salesman. I connected with them on AutoTrader, sent in pictures, and gave me an offer. I was worried about driving 4hrs there then getting a different offer but they gave me exactly what they said they would on the phone. Didn't even talk about it actually. They didn't go back and forth on the interest rate/payment either, very straight forward.
I had been to several dealerships before this one looking around and haven't experienced better custom service, professionalism, and honesty that this crew displayed. I bought a car here with trade-in and financing, and was out of there in 2hrs.
I have a BMW 20min from me but I think it'd be worth driving another 4hrs to buy from them for a seamless transaction. Cheers to you all for, excellent work!! Thanks for the new car!

My parents have been dealing with Jaison Dove there at Deacon of Kinston for years. I knew dad and mom would always talk about Jaison their salesman, not as a salesman, but as a trusted friend. I’ve recently found out why. Dad has been in the hospital since April, Jaison is always calling mom and me to see if he can help in anyway.
We called him up recently and needed to get a new vehicle mom could drive comfortably, since dad can no longer drive. I sent him the details of what she wanted, and he drove a similar car out to the house for her to drive. She’s now waiting on her new BMW to arrive. Jaison may work there, but he’s a friend of our family! You won’t find this at other places nowadays. Thank you Jaison

This was my 14th vehicle purchase from a dealership and my first BMW. Without a doubt, this was one of the best purchase experiences I've had. Bruce was outstanding - his knowledge of the product is amazing and he was able to answer every one of the many questions I had. Being new to BMWs, he and the sales manager made sure I had ample time to drive the vehicle and learn its features. Once I decided to purchase, the sales process was straightforward and easy - no high pressure tactics or last minute surprises. I'd highly recommend using Deacon Jones for anyone in the market for a BMW.

Had the absolute best experience. Jaison Dove was amazing to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful and he did a great job of not making us feel too pressured. The service Jaison and everyone else provided to us through our experience has left us with the feeling that we’ll definitely be repeat customers. They really worked with us and we are incredibly happy with everything.

The sale brand in Kinston has moved on to Deacon Jones and that is to be determined. Update. Immediate response from the owner certainly deserves to throw a couple of extra Stars by the way I would love a BMW so you can send it on just kidding but I'm actually a Chevrolet guy currently and my man Steve Harper at the now Deacon Jones Chevrolet I believe that's where he's located he actually fixed an issue that I had put in multiple thousands of dollars and numerous visits and he took care of me and for that I'm very grateful so give him a chance go bye see all of the Deacon Jones car dealerships in Kinston show a little local love and of course always come back here to post your reviews it helps local businesses thanks again G

Kyle was a pleasure to work with in our new purchase. From order to delivery, our experience was very good. Only area of concern was the length of time at the dealership to complete the deal. We were there for 3 1/2 hours. Overall, would definitely do it again.

I have been searching for a bmw for 5 months. I am from New Jersey. During my search for a bmw I have went to several bmw dealerships were I have experience nasty customer service and Salesmen that make you feel like take the deal or leave. Moving to North Carolina I kept searching online and I saw a bmw in Kinston N.C. that had my attention but it was 1 hour and 30 minutes away. I called and spoke to Kyleigh she provided excellent customer service. I then spoke to Jaison Dove and he was a pleasure to speak to he answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. On Saturday December 2nd I made the long drive to Automall in Kinston N.C. to meet Jaison and to test drive the bmw. The car was amazing, Jaison explained all the extraordinary features with this vehicle. After going to Jaison office we were able to come to a agreement so could purchase my dream car that I have been looking for. The extraordinary customer service I received from Jaison, Kyleigh and the gentleman in finance was worth the 1 hour and 30 minute drive to get there. Jaison thank you so much for making me and my wife feel like family during this purchase. I have been to several Bmw dealerships during my search for a vehicle. I can honestly say Automall in Kinston N.C is the best ?. The staff deserves to be treated to Lunch. Happy Hoildays to the entire Automall Staff. Thank you for my dream car.
