DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! I brought my dog in for simple dental work and they almost performed a surgery on her meant for another dog. They didn't realize their mistake until after they had shaved her down and prepped her for surgery. They claimed there was another dog with her exact name and looked exactly like her and that is how they made the mistake...my dog is a mutt with very distinct markings. They lied to me to try to cover for themselves, the doctor didn't even have the courtesy to apologize to me, and they still charged me in full for the dental work. I will never visit this place again, and if you care about the health and safety of your pets I suggest you stay as far away from these liars as you can.

We used to love this place but .... the last time we were there, we were placed in a room that had the previous patient's urine all over the exam table and floor. No one assessed our pet. No vitals taken. The staff gave inadequate amounts of the prescribed medications (and refused to send more when we called), prescribed one that was entirely inappropriate (reviewed with other doctors and all are in agreement). No differentials taken into consideration. Our pet is dead.

At such a tragic time as losing your precious fur baby you need a loving, caring veterinarian to help you get through it. Doctor Chandler proved to be just that. Thank you so much for the care and the patience. We highly recommend Riverbank Animal Hospital to everyone with pets.

I brought my female cane corso for an emergency visit that had a litter of 12 puppies in which there was a long break between her 11th and 12th puppy in which we had lost 2. We wanted to make sure there we no more babies and she was healthy. They took us right in and did some xrays and gave her a clean bill of health.We didn't have to wait long to be seen, and the bill is affordable they do ask for a deposit before you're seen.The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. I'd recommend taking your family pet here.

I’ve come here for a couple years and while I tried to make an appointment I was told it was still first come first serve. My husband took our pup in and was charged $25 for a walk in fee??? It is not on the website and yet he was charged even though we’re repeat customers. We also did not ask for a heart worm test this year and they still did one and charged us for one even tho I only asked for his boosters. They will take your money if you’re not careful so make sure you ask because the staff won’t be honest with you.

Took my Doberman there for ear cropping . Look like they used shears to do it with. Went to pick him up, they brought him to me still bleeding and advised not to cover them until the next day just hold pressure until the bleeding stopped . Charged me $638.00 and had to take him to "Nash Animal Hospital " when they fixed Riverbanks screwup ! Lawyer said I could file but I'm not that type of person !
