“Always has and will be my favorite pharmacy! (And I’ve tried them all around town) Very quick, super friendly; and easy to get in and out of. They actually answer their phones, unlike a lot of pharmacies in Kinston. They will also go out of their way to try and help you if there is an issue with a prescription. My onlyyy complaint is they close at 6, which is earlier than I’d like; but I can live with it to have such great customer service. You will hardly ever wait over 10 minutes, even taking a prescription in, dropping it off, and waiting for it to be filled. So, if you’re looking for an amazing pharmacy; I definitely suggest you go here.”
“The business is the best I’ve ever seen. The third party app that is used for the submission of online refills needs a little work. It takes too long to load and occasionally doesn’t load my profile completely.”
“Went tonight to get my second COVID shot very good friendly service in and out in no time so glad to get both and have it over with was beginning to wonder if I was ever going to get one had called the health dept right away put my name on list to be called back but never was as soon as I heard Walgreens was giving them I went on line and got an appointment for that same week so much easier glad to have it over and done thank you so much Walgreens great store and service everyone was very friendly and helpful highly recommend them for anything you need always glad to help you”
“Sandra went out of her way to make sure my (still drowsy) daughter's prescriptions after her surgery were filled and brought out to us. She called many different places to find the right prescription due to allergies. Sam Walton would be so proud to have her on his team, he cared about the whole community. And you can tell Sandra does too!”
