After moving to the area, I called Medsource to transfer my prescriptions from my old pharmacy. A week later, my meds ran out and I still never heard anything from them. Called to see whats going on to find out they never even tried to transfer my prescriptions. Instead of being nice and apologetic, Holly was extremely rude. I let them know not to worry about it, I'll just find somewhere else and she immediately hung up. Very rude, unprofessional, and not recommended! I believe any good reviews must be friends or family! This place is terrible!

I changed to this Pharmacy a few years ago. Since day one I have always gotten the best service with a smile every time. They always call you by name and make you feel welcome to do business there. Great group of folks.

This pharmacy & the people that work at both locations in Kinston are absolutely wonderful. They treat you like family & w/ absolute respect. They go above & beyond to make sure you get the meds & care that you deserve. I’ve been using them for multiple yrs now. We’ve even moved to Williamston recently & I refuse to change pharmacies, I don’t mind the hr drive. Thank you to all the pharmacist & employees at both of your locations.

Medsource Pharmacy really sets themselves apart with the great customer service you receive. They really treat people they want to be treated, not just like another number or customer. They take the time to get to know you and really treat you like family.

Small town service with a smile and big city convenience...I like the way they treated me there so I transferred my prescriptions there and couldn't be happier. Barely no waiting in line and the service with a smile. They treated me like I was a customer, not just another prescription.

Whenever I call in a prescription to Medsource, they always have it ready for me when I come in. I highly recommend their pharmacy. They are very efficient at what they do and detail orientated in all aspects of their work.

A friend actually recommended this pharmacy to me. I took her word for it and my experience as a client has been excellent. This is a great place to get your prescriptions filled and talk to a pharmacist. The staff here always provide wonderful service.
