Been renting a storage unit for over a year and had to call the owner a few times (once for a billing issue) and he was always nice and had any issue resolved quickly. This storage place is in a good area, I just wish the entrance gate wasn’t so close to the storage building because it is a tight turn to get out when pulling a trailer.
