“I bought a mattress from Casey about 2 months ago.  I had just returned home from the hospital after major reconstructive back surgery.  I was in a lot of pain, was sleeping poorly on our very firm several year old mattress, and was in no shape to go out mattress shopping.I called Mattresses by Appointment after a brief Google maps search.  I gave Casey a brief synopsis of my situation and what I was looking for.  It was quickly clear that he was not only compassionate and customer-oriented, but that he was a motivated distributor who was going to go the extra mile to make a mutually satisfactory transaction happen.He made arrangements to have several mattresses brought out to my home within a few days so that I could try them and make an informed choice.  They spannned the gambit from soft to firm and of varying types.  He brought each of them into my home, set each up on my bed, and let me try them.  One of them was perfect, and I ended up buying it from him.  Two months later it still sleeps extremely well!  I expect it will hold up well for years.You just don't find that kind of "old-world" customer service these days, especially in cut-throat industries like mattress sales.  I remain thoroughly impressed by Casey at Mattresses by Appointment, and will be buying my next bedroom set there when the time comes.  Very very highly recommended!!”
