I got contacted by this dealer after I put my name on a cars website saying I'm looking for a Camry. I had no idea they were a bit away from where I live.
I got contacted by a sales and he was polite at first. I said was looking for a Camry XLE base or premium. He gave me a quote for a premium plus and it was a bit out of my price range, so I called again to ask for a different quote.
He got worked up really quickly and say I'm "shopping him", asking me to commit if finds the right car and put down a deposit. He hasn't even gotten my car right yet or giving a quote on it, before he's already asking for commitment. Saying he doesn't want me to turn around and buy from a dealer from my town. (So you know where I'm from before you called? It's not I'm hiding that from you).
And when I pointed out he called me first, he said I called him back so I'm "Working him". lol. Not like he didn't get a quote for the car I described.
I haven't called a single dealer outside of my 30 minutes drive, and I was thinking maybe 1 hour if I can't find the right car I want. It's not like 90minutes drive is unworkable. I get that you don't want to waste your time with someone just shopping you for a quote, but you STARTED this, and I have been plenty respectful with your time.
Not a 1 star because he wasn't overly rude, but I'm seriously offended by this logic and attitude. Unbelievable.

HIGHLY recommend A-1 Anthony here at Massey! As a first time buyer, I was so nervous but he made this process easy. I recently recommended Anthony to my cousin who also bought a car and I got a $200 referral! Definitely sticking with Massey! Great deals, great service

I absolutely LOVE Jeffery Woods! My husband and I traded in my care back in February to get an SUV as I was getting ready to give birth, and he made the buying process so easy and absolutely worked for us! Come back today to look at a new truck for my husband, and we’re driving off the with another new vehicle! Truly worked for us as hard as he could. Definitely recommend, and would buy another car from him!

My husband and I had such an easy pleasurable experience with Mike Martin at Massey!! He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile in customer service!!!
