Our technician came on time to service our gas logs. He checked the outside tank and the fireplace, before he lit the pilot light. He was knowledgeable and respectful even letting our 4 year old hugger grandson give him a hug as he was leaving.

Tyler and the staff at Mallard Oil in Kinston did a great job on the install of my new Napoleon grill. I am excited to use it. The price of the grill was reasonable and they went above and beyond by installing my Brookstone griddle as well. Thank you for the great service.
