We bought a stand up freezer at Lowes in Kinston Saturday July 20 2024
There was no hardware inside the unit ( wheels / leveling legs / ect.
Went back an hour after opening time Sunday morning to see what we needed to do
Found someone to call the manager on his radio
With only a few customers in the store the manager said he was busy and told him to call someone else
Someone else came and after 3 other associates trying to figure it out nothing was resolved
I asked if they could unpack the identical freezer sitting next to the one I purchased for $1200 to see if maybe the hardware was in that one
They said they couldn’t do that
I was told to call Whirlpool
So an hour and a half later I still never saw the manager and nothing was done
I did call Whirlpool yesterday and it will be a week before they can get the missing parts to me
Meanwhile my brand new freezer is just sitting here empty until I can get the legs on it and start using it
Terrible customer service to say the least

Purchased a trailer and associate told us that someone will be outside shortly to unlock it.
We waited about 20 minutes. I checked back with the associate, just for him to tell me that no one responded to his call.
So I went to the customer service desk, to be told that the manager is on the phone.
So no associate in the building is trusted to have keys to unlock the chain.
I understand I'm not the only customer, but it's ridiculous for me to be standing in 100° degree heat, just because no one can have a key to help a customer that just spent over $1000.
Poor service

I went to Goldsboro Lowe's to buy artificial turf. Online it said they had 92'. They had none. I ordered it online for pickup at Kinston Lowe's. We went there to get it but were told they didn't have it. We went back to look at what they had and they did have it. The guy fulfilling the order didn't realize it was on the rolls like carpet. We got what we needed and went to pay for it. The employee, Rob, who originally said they didn't have it, gave us a 10% discount for all the confusion. At least the employees in Kinston care about their customers.

I am at the Lowes in Kinston, NC. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to help me outside with the utility trailers. I had stopped at the at the lumber supply entrance to request help . No one came. Then I called customer and service and was told I had to come inside and I would have to chose from what they had listed. I told the customer service person I saw the one I wanted however, the specifics that I needed was not attached to the trailer. As a matter of fact the whole area was in disarray with the trailers not arranged and no specifics as I mentioned earlier. I do not have the expertise to choose which a trailer from a picture. While the customer service person was not rude but she was not trying to accommodate me as a customer . Her last remark was we have no one working outside. I am on my way to Tractor Supply to make the purchase.
