This was my fist time going to Kim’s Nail Salon and I was not impressed at all I went with my Nanna who had been going here and she likes it but I do not. The sanitation was not good I got a manicure and a pedicure when I went to go get my manicure the table I set my hands on was disgusting it was dusty and there were old nails on it and powder was in the table it had not been cleaned in a while and one of my nails got messed up or the coloring did and he did not fix it. The customer service was not great either. I would not recommend!

10/10 do not recommend. I went in for French tips and showed him exactly what I wanted and he did not follow the photo at all. He painted way too much of a “white tip” and covered almost half my nails in white. He also did it very unevenly. He is very very rude and rushed me even though he had no other customers. Will not be returning and hope you don’t either.

Asked for designs and they acted as if they will do it and then they didn't they sent me out woth unfinished nails. Also, they don't look like they want to be there. Don't waste your time or money.Service: Manicure

The man has a nasty attitude. I was getting a mani/pedi by a new guy. No top coat on pedi; was getting gel and they wanted to charge extra $5 for cuticles. I stopped him and just paid for the pedi. Pedi looked like I did it myself. He said I always complain, dude, I’ve never complained, his wife usually service’s me, not the best but she does decent pedicure. These salons don’t have respect for people of color period! They will NEVER get anymore of my coins.Services: Manicures

I went to get my nails done and my feet the owner got mad because I didn't want to get the highest for my nails I'm just wondering a nail polish change, he told me I had to pay the full price for a nail polish change I refuse and he put me out he is very rude and so is his wife and his son never ever will go back again

I only rated this salon 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. Nor is negative stars. These people (whom are usually nice quiet calm people) were rude af. Refused to do my nails or even let me sit in their chair because they "don't do walk-ins" now mind you, the front door says in bold letters "walk-ins welcome" I'm not illiterate by any means. Nor am I d**** Im assuming they are all of a sudden racist assholes? Bi polar? Haven't been laid in God knows how long? Whatever the problem may be they shouldn't take it out on their customers. I will never be going back there again. Not only did they lie about not doing walk ins but straight out told me to find somewhere to go. Lucky I didn't go straight to that a*** Find a different career with your non-people-person lying racist a***

Had a wonderful experience today! I got my nails done and my 5 year old daughter got her nails painted. We both were happy and satisfied. I wasn't sure of how to explain what I wanted because getting my nails done is new to me. They were patient and understand and took great care of me and my daughter! Definitely going back.

I went their on Friday, July 23rd. I got the $40 gel pedicure and a set of false nails and french nail polish $35. I had a funeral to speak at Saturday, July 24th. I didn't have time to go back and show Chuck my disappointment in diluting the french nail polish that is now obvious. Seeing dark spots and seeing little air bubbles in the polish. I spent a total of $75 and gave Chuck regrettably a $6 tip. I rode pass Sunday to see if they were open. Will go pass there tomorrow. I will not pay another dime and Chuck needs to correct the problem. However I will not have him do my nails again.

Every time that I have gone to Kim’s nails, I have felt as if i am a burden to them rather than a customer. I am always polite, saying please and thank you and always leaving a tip, yet all I have received from them is blank stairs and sharp tones. My most recent visit was to get my acrylic nails removed. The man literally rips them off and even after i verbally say “ouch” he still continues to do so which in the end made my nails very sore. The customer service is, simply put, horrible. I will not be returning to this salon.Service: Acrylic nails
