“Sylvia was such a polite and professional wireless agent to help assist me in adding a new line to my phone plan. Things were not in my favor but Sylvia took the time and had the patience and understanding to help me get a brand new phone. I came in having the iPhone SE and I left with a iPhone 15. Was literally blessed beyond measure. I was concerned about having a brand new phone and no case and she told me no worries. I could add it to my phone plan. She was very thorough and explained the pricing increases and prorations clearly to me so I could know what to expect on my next billing cycle. Love this location! ? 10/10
