Nancy and her staff have been extremely helpful always! There has not been a single time I've called that they have not been friendly and very helpful. I purchased the tax insurance deal and when the the tax commission came around, they were right on it. Couldn't ask for a more efficient process. Thank you!

I usually prepare my taxes myself and I chose H&R Block for the cash advance loan option to help pay for my daughter's upcoming birthday. I was very disappointed to discover the amount of the loan u get is determined by the bank and u cannot select the amount u need.
