This has recently changed from Fuel Warehouse to Amoco, and does not take off the discount on your Amoco card like it is supposed to. The gals inside had no idea what to do to reconcile. I’ll have to call the company. We also had to wait 10-15 minutes to even pump gas because they were in the middle of a shift change, which they said shuts down the registers and the pumps. The restrooms are one seat so there was a line at the ladies room as usual, and they were not clean. Don’t stop if you don’t have to.

The lady beside the counter was cheerful and helpful. Bathroom was very clean and supplied. Gas was easily obtainable. Was able to wash my windows with clean water.

Stopped at 1100 on a Sunday. Very long bathroom line that the staff just stood there laughing at all the people waiting in line. Meanwhile one of the registers was “out of order”, all coffee “out of order”, and fountain drink and ice machine “out of order”. Not a great stop.

Pulled up at 8:55 pm so my wife could use the bathroom and I could get a drink. We didn't know they closed at 9:00 pm, but regardless we were there before that. Before wife touched the door, the attendant opened the door, told my wife they closed at 9, and then locked the door in my wife's face. Not ever going back.

Just stopped to grab a drink& snack. Went to cash out, had to sort my money. I counted out my change needed & laid it on top of my money. Hallie the cashier said really? I said excuse me she continued to get very verbal with me about not putting the money in her hand. I said give me back my $$ and she told to never come back again. I’ve never been mistreated by customer service person. Never spending money at that location again. And yes,I am going to blow it up on Facebook.Hallie is also about 18 years old and I’m a senior almost. No care for others at all! The younger me would never have tolerated this!!!!

so i went in today to buy a drink and cigarettes. the lady behind the counter was trying to give me the pack that i was asking for . but she wasn,t giving me the pack that i was trying to show her . so her boss lady spoke up and started talking trash to me . i have never been talked to like that in any place i shoped . i did not like it and do to other customers in the store i just left because she is real lucky i left . i will never go back there and i hope anybody else that reads this will use their better judgement before spending your money there . i will make sure to tell everyone that im friends with about this . you dont talk to people like this for one its my money not yours yet and two im your customer talk to me like you have a brain . i hope that the ownerwill find this review and do something about it . if they want to stay in bussiness. train your people that work for you how to talk to people .

Ok so the place is pretty clean and so are most chain businesses. But never in my life have I been accused of stealing by a cashier like she owned the place. Power trip! And right from 3 ft away from the checkout counter!? I dont need to steal your lousy cords but you go ahead and check the tape whenever you want. Ill wait again and again for you to call me out in front of customers only to see you apologize again and again. Really!? You never saw you assumed. And really really reached for that one too. Not even close! Yuck Melissa.

I took my children into the restroom and my 2 year old started to act out and my parenting ways caused the cashier to make a comment behind my back to a customer she was checking out not knowing that customer is my fiance, father to our children, stating DSS should be called on me. Melissa the older African American cashier said those words not knowing who I am from John Smith down the street. Quiet frankly the rudest thing I could have encountered by an employee who works in the customer service field. I will never stop there again as this is our often pit stop choice when traveling. After my fiance shared what she had the audacity to say I walked back in to ask for her name, she asked who's name, I remarked "the one who made the comment", she returned with "oh the DSS comment?" I said, "yes maam" she said, "oh that was me, my name is Melissa" I replied with a thank you, walked out and proceeded into my car to file a complaint as I will not allow someone in customer service think it's OK to make comments to other customers behind a mothers back regarding her children or parenting ways especially when she doesn't know who that individual is or if that individual is already feeling broken from not being able to control her 2 year old sons tantrum in a public restroom. Shame on you Miss Melissa because that wasn't kind at all! But you have a great day ma'am!
