It's a great place to work out. The owner is a fitness expert with a vast knowledge in physical, mental, and spiritual accomplishments. A great place for every age and race! William Ingram, the owner and operator, is a wonderful person.

This is a great gym to workout at. The owner and staff are very friendly and christian. It is great to look around while working out and see bible verses. If you're looking a gym, I recommend trying this one out.
