Buy a new car go and see Dawn! She has the most beautiful spirit and she knows her stuff! I really didn’t know which way to go but she stepped right up and put me in something nice! I truly was just looking at vehicles when I arrived at the dealership. I knew I was not trading in my vehicle or paying cash down. I was crossing the lot and nobody was pressuring me. Jacklyn came out and was just so pleasant asking if I was looking for something special. I told her I was looking for a 3rd row vehicle but was just looking right more. She was not pushy or anything. I asked her what she had with low mileage in a used vehicle and she was a blessing. She had several to show but when she showed me the vehicle I purchased I knew that was it. She was so informative and helpful in every way. The finance guy was extremely nice. This was my families 3rd time to get a vehicle and this time was also amazing. Everyone was great even though they were packed. Thanks to Jacklyn and the staff at Doug Henry. Y’all be sure to go see Jacklyn. You can see what I ask talking about. Thanks!!

I had search a wonderful experience. This is my first time buying a vehicle and going through this process but I was not alone during any of the process. My Experience at this Dealership was bad in my opinion, It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a Dealership and I had no experience or knowledge of the process too much.... I pretty much felt like they didn't honor my request, When I spoke to the representative there , I told him that I needed a vehicle for a family of five A Chrysler 300c, Mid-size SUV or Crew Cab Pickup truck! Based off my credit which was in the high sevens And my wife her credit scores right behind mines... I also had a trade in, 05 Chevrolet tahoe... The representative Told me based off my credit score and my trade in that I could be definitely put in something nice! The representative spoke with his boss and he came back and told me that they could put me in a 2021 Jeep Compass Mind you I've been there for almost 4 hrs.... I took the
Vehicle for a test drive, And I told the representative that it was pretty cool vehicle but it's not big enough or roomy enough for my family my kids are growing... I was over excited and depressed a little bit at the same time.Very overwhelming for me.. I had to make a decision because time was moving along and my wife was ready to go.She was tired and so was I We were exhausted. To make a long story short I was unhappy with the jeep And I should of went with the dealership that I had planned to go with before I stop there.. So
I ended up making a bad choice when I should of listen to my gut. I'm not blaming the dealership fully.
I just think in my opinion that I should have had more options. 3 months later I ended up visiting the dealership, I had in mine from the get go. Also the payments were way to high Damn near a mortgage payment! Anyway im moving on, you live and you learn from your mistakes. . .
