Stopped in here to have our tires balanced ( thought that was the issuse to the vibration we had while driving) ended up getting our oil changed (which was due anyway), tires balanced and a different tire installed due to wires showing and bubbling. Ron and his staff were super friendly and quick on getting my family in and out. His prices are very reasonable and we will be returning for any future service needs. I think the whole process took about an hour total.

Absolutely horrible experience today. My inspection failed for a license plate light and not only was I charged $12.75 before my key was returned, when i was upset and didn't understand why i was being charged when no other center would have, the owner "doesn't have time to deal with this. If she doesn't pay you, don't give her the key."I now understand why they had an immediate appointment available when no other center in kinston did. Clearly, people already know what the owner of this establishment is really all about. And it's not customer service or satisfied customers that want to return in the future.

Only place in Kinston I will take my car. Browns has true honesty employees working for them. And even if u take your car in for one thing. He will tell u if something different is wrong with it. I recommend you take your vehicle here

Took one of the work trucks there and though maybe it might need a new engine they towed the truck and had it fixed the same week wonderful service called me and gave me updates was fair on price and received the truck back in better running shape then before we had issues ! Mr. Brown was very pleasant and easy to talk to he gave details of the job he was going to do was very professional gave the price before the job was done was the same when it was finished did a very good job on my grandson's car and I would visit his shop again with no hesitation

Called Brown's Automotive to get a quote. He told me to bring my car in the next morning. So I was lucky. He got me in there fast. Fastest Automotive shop I ever been at. Great reasonable prices I must say and friendly customer service.
