It was good. It was great when we first started renting there cause the price was great. But then the price kept getting higher and higher. We couldn’t use the dumpsters at all and it wasn’t even accessible 24/7.

I had such an amazing experience! I have been contacting Mr. Brian Croom since June 2022 and he has always had amazing customer service skills and an abundance of patience. I just moved in the storage today and he welcomed me so nicely. Mr. Croom broke everything down and made sure I understood every aspect of the rental agreement. He asked if I had any questions throughout his explaining. He is absolutely amazing, pleasant, and so very patient with first time movers/ renters. Thank you for such great staff!!! I recommend Mr. Croom to anyone that wants to rent space at Brooks Mini Storage!!!I have been with Brooks Mini Storage a year and they were absolutely delightful. I would recommend anyone to use this storage.

Awesome management. They took the time to explain policy and procedures. When visiting my unit or even diving by the facility I would always see them doing their checks of the units. All around awesome business and people running it!!!

The staff was extremely friendly! Storage grounds were well kept and clean. Never had any issues with access to the gate or to my unit. Excellent price for the unit compared to other company’s. Would recommend 10/10!

Very nice and clean environment. Easy access in and out of the facility. The workers are very nice. If I had any problems (which was only one) the problem was solved in a timely manner. If I ever need somewhere to put my things I will come back. My number 1 choice. You guys are awesome. Oh yeah!!! The prices are reasonable.
