I drove all the way here from Aiden to come get two phones talk to somebody at the Kinston location I get here the damn doors locked and they won't answer the phone highly pissed off right now

Just left Boost Mobile store at 5:58pm to pick up a new phone. I've been receiving text messages to stop by a store to get a new phone for $39.99 plus applicable fees. The woman working in the store said I can only get the phone online. Do better Boost Mobile with training your staff. I used to be with Virgin back in the day and Boost took up my account. I never received a newer phone from Boost. I purchased the stylo 6 from Boost in which I thought it would be around for a little while but after a few months they told me LG was done. A waste of time to even go to Boost. Please put staff in the store that at least appreciate customers that walk in the door. I have photos of my text messages if anyone wants to see them

Whatever you do, do not give your time, money or energy to this store or company. The customer service is completely apathetic, unable and unwilling to service the customer, and even belligerent.Here's the details:I broke my phone on 8/19 and having insurance went to rectify the situation. I was talked into purchasing an new (that's on me). However, the new phone by Saturday had dangerously overcharged. Thinking it was a fluke, I tried again the next day on Sunday with the same results. Monday I'm in the store, and customer service shrugs, tells me I need a manager. No info on when etc, basically just oh well in a customer service rep. I return on Monday evening speak to manager in one of the most frustrating interactions of my adult life. In the end, I'm accused of overcharging the phone and I got absolutely no assistance from store employees. I am irate and it will now be my hobby to complain about this interaction all the way up the chain until I get my money back. Facebook, small claims, maybe a road trip to Corporate? Who knows? I have the time and I will be heard.By the way, the phone smells of burnt hair and gives 2nd degree burns.Seriously go to Criket or T mobile. Anywhere but this store and Boost in general.

I'm 53 and not the brightest...my phones smarter.than ms. I upgraded my phone yesterday. Angel and Daisy's are the best! Helpful, kind and respectful. Renewed by faith in our younger generation.
