“We are not local to this area, but while here for an extended period of time, our car air conditioner quit working. We brought it in to Mr. Cauley, and he had it repaired within a day. Moreover, he was honest and did only the work that needed to be done. “Stopped in here to have our tires balanced ( thought that was the issuse to the vibration we had while driving) ended up getting our oil changed (which was due anyway), tires balanced and a different tire installed due to wires showing and bubbling. Ron and his staff were super friendly and quick on getting my family in and out. His prices are very reasonable and we will be returning for any future service needs. I think the whole process took about an hour total.”

“If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would have. I went in for oil change and to check my breaks, let me tell you that because I’m a female and truly don’t know much about cars ? I have been taken advantage of numerous of times, overpaying and getting services I didn’t necessarily needed at the time. Well let me tell you I can’t remember his name but the gentleman that I spoke to listened to my concerns and gave me a quote on what my total would be. He didn’t try to sale me or use any scare tactics. He was completely honest and a true gentleman. I had to leave my car but when I went to pick it up the two gentleman that I spoke to were welcoming and answered my questions. I live in Raleigh and let me tell you thanks to Mr. Tire of Kinston the ride was smooth, Thank you guys!!!?”

“These guys are a lifesaver! We were stranded on the side of the road with a flat without a spare nor jack. Not only did they come to us and take off the flat tire, but they took it back to their shop, changed it to a used they had on hand (they said they keep plenty of used tires on hand!), and then brought it back to us and put it on. Start to finish it took less than an hour and they didn't charge an arm and a leg!!! They will be getting all of our tire business in the future!!! Thank you guys!!!”

“We just moved here 6 weeks ago. We woke up to find my truck dead in our driveway. The battery was new, so we knew that it was the alternator. We actually had a rebuilt alternator on hand, so we planned to drive it to a shop, get it replaced and be done. When we went to jump it off, it wouldn't hold any charge once the jumper cables were off the terminals. So, we were looking at having to pay a tow fee.We looked at reviews of nearby service center's and saw that Beard's did nice work. We called, and not only did they have the best prices on installing our alternator, Jason (I believe was his name) offered to drive over and pick my vehicle up, take it back to the shop, fix the alternator and deliver it back in working condition all within 45 minutes. I can't recommend this shop enough. They went above and beyond and they've gained lifetime customers for it!Service: General repairs & maintenance”
