(Uhaul, not Tony's) I thought my billing was incorrect and had called the toll-free number in my email for Uhaul, to get clarification. They gave me more questions than answers.Tony, at Tony's Service Center, saw my post and called me. It was he who walked me through each step, each charge and answered my questions. He was very patient with me and my circle of questions. In the end, I realized that I was the one making the mistake, not Uhaul.I'm sure he didn't think much about calling me and helping me understand the billings. But it meant a lot to me!
