Recently moved to NC and was in need of a new hair stylist. I called this location due to the great reviews. However, my experience was bad. I arrived at 3:20pm and did not leave until 9pm. The stylist was new and I was not told she was inexperienced at what I needed done to my hair. I found this out when the salon was closing and she was only halfway finished. Another woman came to help her and quickly realized parts of my hair were not processing properly. Instead of processing it by sitting under the dryer, she tells the new stylist to grab a blow dryer instead. I informed them that my scalp was burning from direct heat. When they went to wash my hair, the lady told her to put “shampoo” and then scolded her when she blurted out purple shampoo. She left the building while my hair was washing despite the new lady asking for help. When we sat down and dried it - I was speechless. My hair had too much warmth and NO low light. She tried to fix it but couldn’t achieve the desired result. I told her I wanted a trim. She took the scissors and CHOPPED it without showing me. She took more than an inch knowing I did not want to lose length. Now my hair is short. I have to get it color corrected. This was unprofessional and I left so disappointed.

Me and my 3 girls went there for the first time today and Jonni was our hair stylist. She is the absolute best hair stylist that we have ever been to. She was very friendly, professional and did really well with my children. She knew exactly how to do each hair cut the exact way that they wanted it. My teenager is really hard to please, and we have been through so many hair stylists, but we have finally found the right one! Also, the environment was very clean and it makes you feel right at home! I feel like I hit the jackpot finding this wonderful place and awesome hair stylist! Thanks Jonni!Services: Kids' cuts
