“I love going here! The Lady in the office is always so nice and try's to help you save money and want is best. She is so friendly and sweet. If I was to work in a post office I would want it to be with her. I'm not to fond of shelby or Cherryville. They are always in a hurry to get you out and some of the people are very rude. I would definitely drive out of my way to go to the Waco post office....”
“This is a very small office with limited but very friendly and efficient staff. The location is clean and neat. The staff is small so they do close for lunch but otherwise a very nice location for dropping off mail or packages.”

We assumed it might be discarded, but surprisingly, an individual took extra effort to ensure the package got back to us. This act was truly remarkable, and we're incredibly grateful for it. Surprisingly he is a man of color in his 40s from Cleveland County NC.”
