Dr. Matt Bryant and the staff at Cleveland Animal Hospital are great.
They've helped take care of our pets needs for years and are very empathetic/sympathetic to the needs of their patients and patients "parents."
They even light a candle on the receptionists desk to let other people know that someone's pet is passing and that those family members are with their pet at that time. Such as my pet Mittens who passed today, 6/21/24, due to very aggressive cancer.

First, I would like to say the staff and doctors are great however when it comes to an Emergency situation with my dog and I try to get her in asap, they are ALWAYS booked up and I don't like the fact of dropping her off (which was the only option they had for me) on a different day!
Had no choice but to take her to an emergency vet but they don't open until 3pm. Just a huge inconvenience altogether and I had to lose a day of work because of this. I don't like seeing animals suffer esp my own. I believe this kind of process is completely unacceptable and I may just consider going to another vet due to this NOT being the first time this has occurred.

You can tell the staff actually love animals. Aren't there for a paycheck, they care about the pets you bring in. Won't be going to our old family vet who is located much closer to our home

I showed randomly one day, no scheduled appointment or anything assuming during their lunch break mind you ??♂️ I was terrified my Great Dane puppy, (Kimbo) was sick. Soon as I pull up and got out the car I ran into one of the staff members in the parking lot; which she nicely informed me that they were closed, honestly I think she heard my voice crack a little bit when I told her about my dog lol cause she really didn’t skip a beat and ran in side and got us scene by the vet. Everyone was so nice the Doctor even went as far to pull out a picture diagram explaining to me the inner workings of bloat and what signs to look out far.

Excellent experience! They were great with our Rottweiler that everyone else was scared of. Staff and vet were great!
