Very rude and unprofessional people work environment!

The fountain drink area is usually dirty and out of of most drinks. The carbonation is off and I've sent a couple emails to the company, and no response. Other circle ks are wonderful. What is wrong here?

Cooler is always empty of sodas. Workers have boyfriends and others hanging out all night.
