Without a doubt, the best experience I’ve ever had with an automotive repair shop. These guys are consummate professionals and can handle the big jobs better than the dealership.
My truck went in for a full motor replacement and replacement of both turbos. I couldn’t be Happier with the quality of the work and how clean they left my vehicle.
They went the extra mile on several things that really weren’t even required of them. To me, that shows a level of character that’s hard to find in today’s marketplace.
As far as I’m concerned, this is the only place you should take your vehicle if you live anywhere close to Kings of Mountain North Carolina

Amazing knowledgeable staff. My husband had an overheating engine issue while on route to Charlotte at midnight . He luckily was able to get off the exit and visit Butlers the next morning with his EV. They were honest, quick, and helpful. Highly recommend them.

My last review wasn't fake, went to your establishment and watched how you treated my roommate. Maybe learn to listen to customers more? And not just focus on getting money? We ended up taking the car to someone else and they listened and now is getting what she needs fixed done luckily BEFORE her engine dies. Good job assuming it's fake just because I didn't write anything on my last review.
And before you say I didn't technically have my own car fixed. Keep in mind I rely on it to get places as well, so it not dying is important for me as well.

Because I’m a woman they felt but I didn’t know what I was talking about. I took my car to a different garage and the mechanic they told me that I was right on point. Maybe they need to have some kind of classes to treat women a little bit better than what they do.

Has my vehicle jacked from from Courage Kia in Gastonia , i arrived at Butlers Automotive without an appointment never been there before got me right in and recalibrated my steering sensor and only charged me $50.00 . The KIA dealership was going to charge me 450.00 to do the same procedure !!
Thanks guys for helping me in a bind , i will definately be back to give this place my business !!!
All the staff was very friendly and inviting i feel like they cared about helping me fix my problem i was having !!
