place is good for unloading but lady at the guard shack is rude and a pain to deal with, to much stress on the road to deal with bad attitudes at these places too

Check in starts at 8 gave me a door if your door is on the front drop trailer in door and bobtail around back to ship rec office get green light go back to office for paperwork took about hour half

Took me 4hrs before scheduled pickup time and in a door…. Doesn’t get any better than that for a 6hr gap between delivery and pickup for the day

Waste of time. Appt time 12. Get there at 1145 and 2 trucks in front of me and 6 behind me at the gate. Lady walks down the street checking in each truck before letting anyone in the gate. Sat there for 30 min. Got into dock at 1215. Go inside at 2 and told there's 6 trucks ahead of me (12 o'clock appointment my ?.) loaded at 415

Unprofessional company here. Be careful doing business with them. Had an appointment to pick up a load of product at 7pm on a Friday. When I arrived before 7pm they said they were behind and it would be ready at noon the next day. Arrived before noon the next day and they said it still wasn’t ready and to check back on Monday at 8am to see when they would have it ready. They don’t answer any phone calls or return any messages. Won’t do business here again.

This place cares about Drivers! I love coming here because they offer free Keurig coffee, water, bottles, snacks like oatmeal, cakes, and cinnamon rolls and chips free to Drivers… And they even gave out free ink pens that were very nice! Kudos to management for this gesture!Perhaps it was for driver appreciation month… But it doesn’t matter…it is greatly appreciated! Got loaded 10 minutes after bumping door!

Was 1 hr late for appointment and the guards were nice and lady in warehouse where u check in was nice. They gave me door that was already being used but quickly gave new door and they started loading me within an hour.

Let me start by warning you that this place is unorganized to say the least. The morning crew were very nice, yet after being in the door for over 4 hours and going inside to check on my paperwork, I found that the afternoon crew are liars. I asked for in and out times and the lady put 1:43 pm on the BOL when the time was actually 3:23pm. I proceeded to reach through the window and time stamp my BOL. They didn’t like that much and told me to leave the building and never come back. I tossed the BOL and seal back in the window and told them to get their 4 pallets off of my trailer. I warn you that the unorganized way they run this place will be a severe waste of your time and fuel (reefer).
