If the branch manager isn't going to take interviews seriously and just sit their with his head laid on his hand the whole time he probably should leave interviews to someone with a bit of professionalism

Customer service at the drive thru window this morning was obviously terrible. I don’t know what her deal was but she needs attitude check.

It does take alittle while to get things done. They tend to talk alot to every person that comes in.. they are a small town bank so the conversations can be long.. Its not a bad thing unless your in a hurry.
