“Great people work here.. I own another small buisness here in Winston-Salem named "davis tree surgeons", i have personally been in the store here when a very rude and not understanding person went off the handle and watched how the staff here handled the situation.. they were more then polite and patient before asking the non paying person to leave due to the profanity they continued to use. any of the bad reviews you see on here are from extremely rude inpatient people.. they did an awesome job with how they handled situation.. If any one talked to me that way I personally would of physically removed them myself! You won't be disappointed with there service!”

“Today, my son and I went to the UPS store in Reynolda Shopping Center, in Winston-Salem, NC. We had two complicated packets of info which contained various documents needing acknowledgments and multiple notaries. Aul Trice was the person helping us and I was amazed at how efficient she was, how friendly she was and how accommodating she was! What a positive exchange! We will definitely be returning to this UPS to see Aul Trice again!!”

“My package was signed for by someone I don’t know. I do not have the item. I attempted to make a claim, The site would not take it and claimed the amount was wrong. I tried to call. The only response I got was an automated Reply that told me to make a claim. I can’t. I have no other number to contact The automated one.”

“Today FedEx attempted to deliver an important document to our home, but the only person who was available was our mother (who doesn’t speak much English and wasn’t able to sign). So we called in and setup an alternate pickup at a location near our home.

Within an hour, an extremely kind and helpful gentleman named Darryl called us from the Winston Salem Ship Center. He helped us understand our options for pickup, and then offered that we could come to the ShipCenter for same day pickup. He even stayed late at the Ship Center to let us pick up the package after hours.
