I called looking for a storage unit & I always say Good afternoon, hi, I'm sorry whom am I speaking w/to know as I'm writing my notes of storage info & she replied who you want to speak to? I nicely said well, I would like to speak to somebody who can help me regarding a storage unit & she replied rudely All are Full & hung up! Not Good Customer Service & very Rude!
