Been a customer here for a few years. Really liked and trusted Main Street auto until today.Took my Prius In for a inspection, they said my plate lights were out. Both of them, I said ok I’ll take it home fix it and bring it back.i took the cover off the hatch back and both my light wires were hanging there with no bulbs at all anywhere. Shook the hatch to listen for bulbs they may have “fallen” out. And herd nothing. Put 2 new bulbs in and drove back up there. When I asked where my bulbs went no one could tell me. I was extremely upset at the time but now I am relived. At least this was not a major repair they could of got me on!Any local king shops that are trust worthy anyone could recommend shoot me a message I’m looking for a new shop.

Bad experience, they may be good at some things but suspension work is not one of them, Between inexperienced, overpriced and not fixing the problem the first time I would not recommend them. I brought a vehicle in for making noise and when I picked it up $300 later, it was worse off than when I dropped it off, took it back and it was one of those oh by the way you need more parts and money to fix it.
