I bought a mower from them in May. Had an issue with the drive belt towards the end of mowing season. I took the mower to them and they checked the mower out and found that there were more issues than just the drive belt. They repaired all issues under warranty. The mower is working great again. I used it to get up leaves. I appreciate what all they did and to take care of their customer.

This store is pretty convenient and has a lot of products for farm and garden. Bird feeders, seeds and seed plants in season, animal feed (including dogs), electric fencing, gun safes, panels, gates, equipment, etc. Too much to list. The customer service seems pretty good as well. Looks like it's related to Southern States. Well worth checking out if in the market for some of these things.

LTD is the best place for lawn and landscaping supplies in the triad area. They hire amazing people who genuinely care about customer service and will go out of the way to help in any way possible. If you have a broken piece of equipment, they can have it back to you with a very short turn around time. They offer great products and I can’t see enough about how good they are to me.
