absolute scammer 527 for tune up that included no plugs and only 1 ignitioncoil and one air filter. My car started running aboslutely like it had not had a tune up. Well I took it to a machanic they said you need new spark plugs..and since JVS ony change the one tha was easy to get to ...( they did not have to lift the v=cover to get tothem they were lazy) . I went tothem for a tune up what tune up cost that amount of money and what tune up you chang e NO spark plugs, whatr they did was take a lazy chance thatthe ignition plug that was easy to get to was the problem.They shoud have stopped and said we will only charge you for the 1 ignion cil becasue the car is running well agian. BUT NO THEY WENT ON YO CHARGE ME FOR SPARK PLUGS THEY NEVER CHANGED! THEY ADMITTED THEY ONLY CHANGE THE ONE IGNITION COIL:. THAT WAS THE ONE THAT YOU DID NOT NEED TO GO UNDER THE EASY COVER FOR. mY NEW MECHANIC STOOD THERE AND SIAD WE WIL LOOK AT THE PLUGS TOGETHER.... HE PULL THEM OUT ( THE COVER HAD RUSTED BECASUE IT HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED FOR OVER 6 YEARS , MY SON'S LAST TUNE UP SO IT WAS OBVIOUS THE COVER TO GET TO THE IGNION PLUGS AND SPARK PLUGS HAD NOT BEEN OPENED IN AT LEAST 5 YEARS, he CHANGED THE PLUGS WHILE I WAITED.... AND ALL THE OTHER IGNION COILS. he SAID THE ONLY THING THEY CHANGE WAS THE ONE PLUG AND THE AIR FILTER...SO FOR OVER 500 FOR A TUNE THEY DID 75 WORTH OF WORKTHAT INLCUDED ABOUT 40 PARTS. i WOULDNOT GO THERE . i HAVE NOTHING THAT WOULD BENEFIT ME BY WARNING YOU.... i JUST THINK PEOPLE ARE WORKING WAY TOO HARD FOR THMONEY TODAY FOR A MECHANIC TO STEAL YOUR MONEY . i NOW PAID OVER 8000 FOR TUNE UP WHEN I INCLUDE THE OVER 500 jvb IN KING CHARGE ME FOR WORK THAT WAS NOT DONEN BUYER BEWARE i WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 10 STARTS IF I COULD... i WOULD NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS FRO AUT WORK .. i DO NOT CARE HOW MANY REVIEWS IF THEY DONE THIS TO ME.... OTHERS MAY NOT EVEN KNOW...WELL i DO THEFT OF MY MONEY WHEN YOU CHARGE SOMEONE FOR WORK YOU HAVE BNOT DONE IS THEFT

A pleasure taking my business here. BMWs are expensive to maintain. But if you’re looking for a good reliable family owned business that specializes in BMWs and more cars as well, give this place a chance! They not only fixed my car, they replaced the old parts with OE spec parts and they showed me the old parts in the shop once they replaced them. It has been a week and the car is running great. So far good so good. I will update my review if needed. Every employee at JVB was friendly and professional.

These guys are really good people. The shop is immaculate, they are very friendly and professional. They are very thorough and got my Mini back on the road at a ¼ of the cost of the dealer.

I bought a BMW 545i that had been sitting for 2 years. Everyone in town suggested the folks at JVB, Rodney and Tyler took great care of me the car needed quite a bit of work after sitting. They got it all sound for me later on I had another mechanical issue with the car (completely unrelated to anything they had worked on before) and they got the new issue fixed in no time for me. Their prices are fair and they have top notch communication to their customers. I highly recommend them for any of your BMW needs.Service: Engine repair

Worst experience ever.Charged me 408.00 for nothing. Went another shop much better service. Just to be very clear this was the first shop I took my car to for A/C service.They were recommended by another veryreputable garage. JVB kept my car for 2 weeks and never touched it. Went another garage they had the A/C fixed in less than 24hrs. JVB had my car twice for a total of over three weeks. FYI the garage who recommended JVB has totally taken them off their recommendation list due to other bad experiencesService: A/c installation & repair

Extremely professional and attentive service! I had been having electrical issues with my car that 8 other car repair shops were not able to fix or properly diagnose! After 1 time visiting JVB they were able to fix the issue! Really nice and they explained the repair.
