They can certainly mail a letter for you. It is however cheaper and more convenient and efficient to take it right up the street to the post office. They also told me they would be able to help me with a printing project. They gave me specific instructions on how to prepare the project for them to print, this is not what I expected. I prepared the project as they requested and took it to them, they told me that they could not do that even though they had already said they had done it for someone else in the past. They then directed me to a different location and said that they might be able to help me.

Great people work here.. I own another small buisness here in Winston-Salem named "davis tree surgeons", i have personally been in the store here when a very rude and not understanding person went off the handle and watched how the staff here handled the situation.. they were more then polite and patient before asking the non paying person to leave due to the profanity they continued to use. any of the bad reviews you see on here are from extremely rude inpatient people.. they did an awesome job with how they handled situation.. If any one talked to me that way I personally would of physically removed them myself! You won't be disappointed with there service!

I had a few packages I needed to send out as late Christmas gifts. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by the friendly person working there. After I explained what I needed she took my boxes and got them ready to be shipped out. The whole experience was quick and painless and the cost was reasonable too. I will come back here again if I need anything in the future.

The staff and owners of Goin' Postal are amazing! They always take the time to answer questions, confirm shipping information and provide options for least expensive and fastest shipping methods/companies for local, national and international shipping. My experience has not changed in the five years I've been coming here.I always receive an email with the tracking number within minutes, so I can keep tabs on where my package is at. Though this has only happened once where a package got stuck at a FedEx Fulfillment Center (No fault of Goin' Postal), the staff at Goin' Postal helped locate and resolve the package being stuck. Prime example of their dedication to excellent customer service and friendly demeanor. The process of working with Goin' Postal was far easier than working with a large company (UPS, FedEx, USPS) where you have to press five or more prompts to speak with a real person. Let's face it the staff here knows the ins and outs of shipping and how to get things accomplished with these large shipping companies.Their PO Boxes are far more affordable than the United States Postal Office in King, NC or Tobaccoville, NC (almost half the cost) and they accept larger boxes that won't necessarily fit. When such packages arrive they simply place a slip in your box and you turn it in at the desk to retrieve your package. Sure they're not open 24/7 like the Post Office but their hours are certainly flexible enough for most people. At the end of the day have to decide what service/businesses works best with your needs and wallet.When customer service issues arise at this location (based on the reviews I've read) it is always an issue where someone hasn't slowed down enough to familiarize themselves with a process such as Amazon UPS Drop Off or Drop Off Location; or they've been unhappy with some policy that Goin' Postal has to abide by such as packaging guidelines for insurance, what is and isn't allowed to be shipped, etc. I commend this business owner for standing up for themselves and their employees when no fault exists. Remember to slow down, ask questions if you don't understand something, and keep the snarky remarks/threats to yourself. People will treat you with kindness if you yourself are kind to begin with.

Great customer service and provide services with all carriers. Lacy and her crew will give you the most honest and best advice. You might not like it at the time, but it will say you a lot of heartache in the long run. Please stick with the professionals and not what you want to hear from other mail services. And of course Jake is the icing on the cake!
