The office staff was great and everything went very smooth. Very secure place that allows access during certain hours that way no one can access too late at night.

I’am very happy with my experience with Superior Storage in King and Pilot Mountain. My Husband James & I have a unit in Pilot Mountain and a unit in King. They are very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend both of these places.

They have german roaches in their units, don't take your stuff there, I tried to talk to the manager for 3 weeks never call me back nor email me, they are rude and take no responsibility for the damage.

Very clean place, very safe, secure, while moving in I accidentally left lock with my keyring attached to it laying beside unlocked unit door as I went back for another load. Nothing was even touched, nice people and great storage facility.

Move in was very smooth. Rebecca Lancaster was very helpful and handled everything in a very professional manner and also very quickly. It is a pleasure to do business with someone who cares. I would highly recommend.

Rebecca was so helpful to get us set up to get the unit we needed at such a good price. Compared to the other prices locally in King this place was by far the best. Customer service definitely deserves a top rating along with the unit is amazingly great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit. Now have another family member looking to move from another Storage facility in King to this facility due to the price and just the great correspondence within the office.
