Went in there to buy a couple drinks they were marked down so I had been coming here for a week or two because they were on sale two for five. Went in there today to buy them and they don't ring up correctly and the guy just says well I just work here. And proceeds not to fix the issue and just says well do you still want them. Terrible customer service. They tried to tell me they just put up the signs but I was just there a week before and a different person rang them up correctly. Either they don't know what they are doing or just lied to my face

The bathrooms were soooo disgusting. There is dirt all over the floor, there were dirty diapers litterally spilling out of the trash. Definitely was not clean in MONTHS!!!! NO hand soap. No hot water to properly disinfect my hands. Litterally the most disgusting bathroomcive ever saw in a public place!!!! YALL ARE LAZY AND FOUL!!!

I used to love coming here early in the morning around 6:30ish in the morning before work but not anymore. Heck, the past couple of weeks about every other day I come there's a sign on the door "sorry we're closed". Like, what the heck?! I'd come to get a lotto ticket or that veggie drink thing and but noooooo they'd be closed. Are ya'll going out of business. One time I asked the girl why they were closed and she was like she had locked herself out. Ummm....ok. Least she was honest though. Oh, their lottery ticket thing is always empty. I know people play the tickets but dang, just simply order some more and fill the container up more often. It's not rocket science. Ya'll don't have many gas stations around here so come on. I drive all the way from Stratford Rd. Dang.

Parked beside the gas pumps and went in to use the restroom and prepay for $60 in gas. I went straight to the restroom and it was locked, I asked to two ladies at the register if the restrooms were closed and the one lady looked at me and said yes very hatefully and with a smart*ss remark said McDonald's and Burger King has restrooms!!! So I went around to the hibachi restaurant in the same building that uses the same restrooms and the restrooms were open. This happened 7/13/ 23 at 2:05 pm. No better customer service than that these ladies new to be looking for another job!!! I went up to Kangaroo express and actually spent close $100 on gas, drinks and snacks. These ladies cost the business a sale from me and a guy trying to use the restroom after me that I also seen him filling up at the kangaroo Express afterwards because of these two ladies

I came with my family on a trip and stoped here we wanted to use the restroom and where going to buy things but they said “ it’s shift change and we can’t use the restroom or buy items for 30 minutes “ after we had gotten items to the counter we where in shock how can a 7Eleven not sell items. I’m never coming back to any 7Eleven ever after this experience with my family! DO NOT COME HERE !!!

This store is located on Main Street in King across the street from McDonalds. The gasoline they sell is Exxon brand. The actual store is about a medium size for mini-marts with about everything you would expect from this type of business. The employees that I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful and checked me out without any problems. It is on a busy road and the gas pumps are a little cramped so be careful. Prices are about average for this area.

Spent $150 on gas, wouldn’t let me use the bathroom as the bathrooms were closed. The lady yelled at me and told me it was 27 cents for ice when I went to fill my own cup. Does anyone know how to run a business anymore?

If you are African American do not patronize this store. Today I experienced racism at its finest my employees Tammy and Lisa. I was waiting to be served. I was told just a minute because it was shift change. A Caucasian family approached the counter and they immediately began ranging them up. I asked how can you ran them up before me when I was standing here first. They continued to say it’s shift change while ringing up the Caucasian family as I stood at the register. Employees like this should not be representatives of 711. Do not patronize 711 of king if you are African American

I came into this gas station today to get a few snacks and drinks for my road trip. I also went to the bathroom and the platinum blonde employee was in the restroom snorting a line of white powder off of the counter. I tried to run but she chased me down, took me behind the counter and shot me in the knees after realizing I had seen her. Good slushies tho?

Another customer and I entered the store at the same time and the clerks told us that they couldn’t make sales for the next 20 minutes because it was shift change. How pathetically incompetent is that?!? They sent us out to other stores!!! Y’all don’t have to worry about me trying to buy anything from you in the future. I’ve never encountered such sorriness in a business environment.
